🍂 My Dream Fall Menu at Dot’s (If I Had a Kitchen Right Now)

There’s something about fall that feels like home.
The cool breeze, cozy colors, and scents of cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple drifting through the kitchen make this one of my favorite times of the year.

Right now, I may not have a kitchen to bake in — but that hasn’t stopped my imagination from cooking up what I wish I could bring to life at Dot’s Petite Bakery Co. this season.

So today, I’m sharing my dream fall menu — inspired by nostalgia, family, and the flavors that make me feel warm inside.

🧡 Sweet Potato Pie Cake Jars

Soft layers of spice cake, sweet potato filling, maple cream cheese frosting, and a hint of toasted brown sugar pecan crumble — all stacked up in a cozy little jar. This one feels like a hug from your favorite auntie who makes sweet potato pie every Thanksgiving. (You know the one.)

🔥 Campfire S’mores Cakesicles

Chocolate cake dipped in a glossy chocolate shell, filled with marshmallow fluff, and rolled in crushed graham crackers. These bring that “sitting around a bonfire” vibe — minus the actual fire.

🍎 Grandma’s Apple Cake

My grandma’s apple cake is the inspiration for this season’s Fall Cake of the Month. Moist, warmly spiced, and filled with tender apple pieces — this cake reminds me of being in her kitchen, watching her bake, and sneaking tastes when I thought she wasn’t looking.

I’d dress this one up simply — maybe a light glaze, a few apple slices or cinnamon sticks on top, and cozy packaging to match the season.

🍏 Caramel Apple Cake Push Pops

Chopped apple compote layered between brown sugar apple spice cake and caramel buttercream, all packed in a push pop for easy grab-and-go. I imagine these sold at a local fall market or included in a cozy delivery box — pure autumn joy in every bite.

📦 The September Cozy Cake Box

If I had a kitchen right now, this would be the box I’d want to send out into the world — warm, nostalgic, and full of fall flavors.

Each Cozy Box would include:

1 bento cake (Fall Cake of the Month)
1 sweet potato pie cake jar
1 campfire s’mores cakesicle
1 caramel apple cake push pop
A fall-themed note, sticker, or recipe card — just something special to unwrap with your treat

This box wouldn’t just be about dessert — it would be about feeling something. Feeling cared for. Remembering family. Celebrating the season. And maybe even creating a little moment of pause in your day.

Even though my kitchen isn’t open yet, these treats are already alive in my heart. That’s the beauty of Dot’s Petite Bakery Co. — it’s rooted in family, love, and baking as a way to tell stories.

So for now, this is my dream.
